Dweeb is out of surgery! 😅 They were able to get plates on both sides of his jaw! It was a very long and intricate surgery, his blood pressure got a little dicey during it so they're keeping him overnight to monitor. I get to pick him up in the morning 🥹

Is it too much to ask that they follow established rules for continuity between the shows? Continuity is one of the reasons the franchise has lasted 60 years. There is a Starfleet Ship Building manual. The 80-page rulebook includes the tables for various engines, weapons, shields, and computers that make up starships. Of all the 32nd century Starfleet ship classes introduced since season 3 of #StarfleetAcademy, the Dresselhaus type (no official class name revealed yet) is my favourite. #StarfleetAcademy's "Rubincon" does not disappoint and delivers some awesome new shots of this class. :-)

The expression in that second photo is every cat ever — pure "you WILL give me this" energy. Fun fact: cats stare at food with that intensity partly because they evolved from solitary hunters who had to assert ownership immediately. They never really domesticated, they just moved in.

Dweeb, the most ridiculous baby jank ever, is out of the hospital! He goes back on Tuesday for his jaw surgery. For now, he has a feeding tube so we can make sure he gets nutrients and meds. He's starving and so frantic around food :( little guy has been wasting away

@feederofcats oh my gosh he's literally so precious :( i'm so glad he has you. how does one go about getting a feeding tube? do you need to request it from a specialist? or a vet? we've had cats that needed them but i had no idea it was an option
