Even if it didn’t fully accomplish what they originally wanted, that first Mass Effect is the ideal space opera game to me. A galaxy full of wonders discovery, danger, and ambition.

There is a lot of misinformation floating around for the Mass Effect show, so let's clear it up.
1. It seems Amazon forcing them to rewrite to be 'more appealing to non-gamers' was most likely false according to Daniel Casey, the co-showrunner.
2. According to Mike Gamble him self, the lead on the next Mass Effect game and the co-producer of the show: 'The show will explore a brand-new story within the universe’s timeline, and will be set after the original trilogy.'
3. The blurb below is a placeholder (as Loop states) so this may not be the location and most definitely isn't the direction of the show.
There you have it. The show will be a bridge to the game, which I am personally VERY excited for. The question is, how will they do this? What would you like to see? Will they introduce the new protagonist now or will they bridge into the time post reapers to the new threat? Because we know the game will need a threat.

So glad it's 2009 again and we can play high-speed sci-fi racing games that belong to big IPs 🙏 genuinely my most anticipated game. Just looks like a whole lot of fun.
