Paul Green has been immense for Chelsea women and I don't see any reason or justification to sack him. There is something we don't know yet. If BlueCo wanted him out, he would've been gone long ago. I feel it could be down to working relationship with Sonia. It's just a me speculating but it's possible that he decided to walk away. Let's calm down until we know the real reason why he left. We had the same reaction went Bath left but it later turned out that he actually asked Chelsea to let him leave. Let's not pass judgement when we are yet to know details of what happened.

I understand where you’re coming from but that’s a fan view. If you or I we’re gonna get a really good offer somewhere else from multiple places and the place we’re at doesn’t respect the market. It tells you and it tells me that my current employer doesn’t value me as much as everyone else does. That doesn’t make you feel good.

The Matt LaFleur situation is getting interesting:⬇️ The Packers likely want to bring back MLF, but after the season collapse they’re probably pushing for a shorter, cheaper deal keeping flexibility if things go south again. MLF, on the other hand, is likely looking for near market value and a 4+ year deal. That’s what makes this tricky: give him the deal he wants and you’re on the hook financially if you need to move on after another bad season. Feels like a leverage battle.
