We’re excited to announce our newest acquisition on busy Bird Road. Pinch A Penny has successfully operated at this location for over 30 years. This marks our second deal in two years with Eddie Toledo and Jonathan De La Rosa.

After 30 years of our family owning this center, we’re happy to have sold to another family that will continue its legacy.

@ElonGerbergROI Tenant getting a cease and desist order for their business because the city says they suspect they are doing oil changes. Now tenant has to prove they do not do oil change just mechanics.They have been there over 24 years and never done oil changes.

@GameProperties These municipalities are ruthless. Can you give us some examples??

Lately is feels like our tenants are constantly getting ridiculous code compliance violations. Cities should be helping small businesses instead of creating these burdens.

@kaylanknit @Bethazor1 Not just pure retail. We try to get sales from our medical tenants as well. And ask for annual taxes returns.

Helping out writing a lease and remembered seeing @Bethazor1 give some tips and one that stuck to me was making sure tenants have to report sales! Added that in real quick in the final draft 🙏
