@ZeusLair I tried different recommended chairs but what worked best was a sit stand desk. The ability to lower the desk so that your chair height doesn’t depend on the desk height is what really helped.

My sister was just diagnosed with stage 4 cancer this last week when I was in Bulgaria. I'll be streaming to raise money for her chemo. I feel like it's all a bad dream. Holding my crying mother finally put it in perspective for me that it's all real. Keep us in your prayers.
