@ui_natalie Yes! We are trying the take home assignment approach and then jump on a call to discuss how things work in that assignment and other possible solutions, what best practices you could have followed which you couldn't because of time constraint and mostly they love it!

I do not believe live coding in technical interviews is always a fair assessment of skills. We should craft the technical interview to be more conversational, such as pair programming.
