@RiotteProject Hmmm. If all the ground zoids have projectile weapons of some kind, maybe the range on those weapons could just be slightly longer than the range of flying zoids. Maybe the flying zoids would even need to face the enemy they are shooting? This would draw them closer too.

@Gameplay_Games_ I’d love to add flying Zoids at some point! It’s a huge challenge, though. If they fly too high, they just become invincible against ground units, so I'm thinking of keeping them at an altitude where a well-timed jump or an anti-air attack can still reach them.

@RiotteProject This is amazing. It would be amazing to see the heat seeking missiles from a liger zero panzer all fired at once. Only complaint would be how loud the running sound is. It sounds amazing, but it’s a bit too overpowering compared to the other sounds.

高速走行×近接コンボ、設計の難易度が極めて高い。 根本的な問題は、ハンドリングで相対位置がズレ続けること。レースゲームの速度域で「同じ敵に当て続ける」前提がそもそも崩壊している。 打撃感の要であるヒットストップも、移動の連続性を切るノイズになる。 結局「どの嘘を許容するか」という設計に悩む日々。 ちなみに動画のライガーは70km/h。設定の300km/hを真面目にやると無理ゲーである🤣 #ゲーム開発 #UE5 #ゾイド #ZOIDS
