Meta seems to have resolved the Unknown Sources issue in Navigator's Library, and the app icons have a new hover animation.

I already submitted a bug report on this but to anyone at Meta who reads: Folders seem to be quite buggy in Navigator's Library. Horizon+ sometimes loads indefinitely, and Unknown Sources often fails to appear/populate between reboots and often reads OS Settings as sideloaded.
