この動画のすごい所は、羊が牛用の柵（テキサスゲートと言うらしい）を、膝を折って渡っている所だ。牛やイノシシ、シカ等、蹄が２本に分かれる動物は、右の写真のような路面を歩く事が非常に困難で、この性質を利用したのがテキサスゲートと呼ばれるゲートで、門扉は無く、車の往来には何の支障も無いけど偶蹄目の動物は侵入・脱出が出来ないんだそう。そんな場所を膝を折って匍匐前進する事を覚えた羊。賢い。
