His own bio says he handled North Korea, immigration reform, and the Global Coalition to Defeat ISIS. He ran Trump's 2016 campaign field operation. He was on the transition team. He ran for Congress twice on his Trump credentials, with endorsements from Kevin McCarthy and Steve Scalise. And on December 30, 2025 — sixty days after Trump signed the CPC designation — Mowers' firm Valcour, LLC registered as a foreign agent for Nigeria. The fee: $120,000 a month. Read the Filing. This is not a rumor. It is a public record filed with the U.S. Department of Justice under the Foreign Agents Registration Act, Registration #7373, received January 9, 2026. The foreign principal is Maton Engineering Nigeria Limited, owned and managed by Matthew Tonlagha — Vice Chairman of Tantita Security Services. Tantita is the Niger Delta pipeline surveillance company run by Government Ekpemupolo, the former militant known as "Tompolo," who received a multi-billion-naira government surveillance contract from Tinubu's administration. This is not some independent oil and gas contractor. This is money moving through the Tinubu ecosystem. Mowers received $360,000 on December 30 — the initial quarterly retainer. He then disbursed $105,000 to Bridgeway Advocacy and $60,000 to Mount Olives LLC, both listed as subcontractors. Two layers of hands. $165,000 in subcontractor payments in the first two weeks. Those names need to be run down. The stated mission on the federal form: strategic communications and government affairs — with U.S. media, the U.S. Congress, and the Executive Branch — "for the purpose of strengthening the bilateral relationship between the U.S. and Nigeria." Translation: lobby the people who designated Nigeria a CPC country and get them to back off. That Makes Four. Valcour is not the only operation running. Tinubu's lobbying machine now has four confirmed FARA registrations working simultaneously: - DCI Group AZ — $9,000,000 over six months, directed by Nigeria's National Security Advisor, tasked with telling Congress that Christians are being protected. - BGR Government Affairs — $150,000 a month through a Nigerian corporate pass-through, engaging Congress and the White House on U.S.-Nigerian relations. - Adomi Advisory Group — hired by Nigeria's Ministry of Finance to ghostwrite letters submitted directly to the House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee — the very committee holding our briefing. - And now Valcour — $720,000 for six months, run by Trump's own former White House man, with two layers of subcontractors doing the quiet work on Capitol Hill. Total known spend: more than $10,000,000. And the contract terms run through June 2026 — right through the congressional briefing season, right through the next USCIRF reporting cycle. This Is the Point. Tinubu didn't just hire lobbyists. He hired Trump's own people. Mowers built his political identity on Trump's coattails. He ran for Congress twice talking about fighting for freedom and conservative values. He worked religious freedom issues at the State Department — his own bio says so. He knows what ISIS does to Christians. He knows what Boko Haram did to northern Nigeria. He knows exactly what the CPC designation means and why it was issued. He took the money anyway. Let me start by saying this: I’ve never cared for Muslim culture. I don’t understand it, and I probably never will. The only culture I personally identify with and accept is white/black Christian culture. I don’t understand Jewish culture either, I’m not a jew, so obviously I don't understand it. That said, I treat everyone with respect. I have muslim friends and I jewish friends and I love them. However, there is a difference between culture and an organized criminal group hiding behind identity and culture as a shield. It’s absolutely essential that we recognize that distinction. The problem is we’ve reached a point where this is no longer just about culture, freedom, or even ideology, and things have become so intertwined that they are no longer distinguishable. It has become about aggression, power, money, domination and terrorism. I believe I have a solution to this, a simple one that could, by all means, benefit everyone. Jewish people demanded, never asked, but demanded, a land, supposedly promised to them thousands of years ago. Just saying that out loud brings laughter to a sane person because it is so illogical. But let’s accept that for a moment. We gave them land, fairly or unfairly that’s the truth, they have the land. No one in history has ever had this privilege, NOBODY! No nation, no religion, nobody has ever been given such privileges. We all had to fight for a land for our freedom etc, sometimes even when we were born on that land. Twenty-seven million Soviets perished fighting the Nazis, and what did they get in return? They got sh**t in return. To this day, everyone apparently won that war according to CIA propaganda, everyone except the Soviet countries who gave it all. When in reality it was the Soviet Union that won the war, and it was the Soviets who took Berlin. It was a Georgian who planted the flag on the Reichstag, his name was Meliton Kantaria (a name you should remember). But that’s irrelevant history, right? They deserve nothing for their sacrifice. Armenians also deserve nothing for the genocide they endured, that's irrelevant. But Jewish people are the only acceptation. Hey they were chosen by God! Fair! Let's not argue. What’s relevant is that Jewish people “deserved” a state. Okay, they got one. They said they had no home and they needed to go home. Now they have a home, with billions of American dollars in their economy. We handed them a land and billions of dollars for a fresh start, we fought their wars. So the question is: what are they still doing here? I thought they wanted to go home? I think it would be a great privilege for God’s chosen people to be escorted back home from all countries where they currently reside. They now have a home, a special land where, according to them, they belong. So let’s escort all of them who believe in this idea that they belong in Israel- back home, where they belong (According to them and Huckabee). And then, if they decide that home is not suitable, they can apply for an American visa like everyone else does and we will decide if their ideologies and values fit ours, and then proceed with a visa regime. But first, they should all be escorted to the land of God, where they belong, with billions of dollars already in their economy as a gift from us. I mean, if someone gave me those conditions and gave me a special land that I consider home. Why on earth would I be anywhere else? Imagine the privilege for Jewish people worldwide, (who believe in this) to be guided to the place they consider their true home. I say we grant God’s chosen people the honor of being escorted to the land promised to them. All Jews who feel a deep connection to Israel should be given this opportunity to be escorted there. Pack your bags, we’ll offer you the extraordinary privilege of a free journey back to your ancestral home. I'm excited! Aren't you?! And when they are back home if they still feel like they want to attack the muslim world because they feel they can, I say all the power to you, I'll actually cheer for bother jews, they are closer to me than muslims. But you have to do that alone without American protection, without my protection.
