@GapCA do you ever carry slim cut jeans (not skinny jeans) for girls above size 12? I see them on the American site up to size 16 but never in Canada.

@Franny_Rosalind @Gap Just to clarify, a Defective Evaluation can be done at any time. We recommend visiting your local Gap Store to speak the manager to request an Evaluation. If found defective, the store is empowered to refund or exchange the item if still available. Thank you for reaching out!

@GapCA I select the free shipping option on your website, the website change it automaticaly before I pay, and when I ask your customer service to change that, they say they cannot do anything! Seriously?!

@GapCA I’m really disappointed in the options for boys winter coats. I’m all for dressing my sons in “girl” clothes but bright pink or green with giant hearts for way less than solid “boy” colours isn’t fair. Why do boy clothes cost so much more??

@GapCA @AskPayPal Hey so I made an order through your site and returned 2 items today. I should have been refunded $76.18 according to my receipt however, on pending transactions with my credit card (charged via PayPal for the initial purchase and now the refund) shows only $65

@GapCA Hey Gap! I received an email notification that my items were delivered but I did not receive it. I checked with your shipping partner and it was indicated on their tracking info that they left it outside the building. 🙃 not cool.
