His workload to me feels like the goal should be 5 innings and pull as TOR will be extremely cautious with Bieber as he was a massive weapon for them down the pipeline last season, and will be called upon heavily again down the road. Houston is RED hot right now and gets an arm that’s velo is down, and struggled to pound zone consistently. Wind is also pushing out heavily with ballpark pal projecting (+10) for additional HR upside. More times than not targeting “unders” in returning spots like this we’ve had a lot of success with. I’ll trust HOU to be serviceable enough to get Bieber out in 5.
