@virginmedia Yet another outage and this one has been going on for over 24 hours now, and the resolution time keeps moving backwards. Even by your standards, it’s a bit of a ****show….. Think it’s time to switch back to BT.

Does Priti means "professionalism and integrity" compared to the other candidates? I suspect it's challenging to find any whose history isn't marked by significant controversies and notable shifts in policy positions ->

@virginmedia BTW I’ve already been to that URL you provided and the phone numbers you share for a complaint go straight into your standard customer services call centre route. This is the exact same team I am having issues with and not getting the issue resolved. Appreciate another idea pls..

@virginmedia If you hadn’t understood from the previous tweets, I don’t want to speak to your call centre again. They are not providing the level of service I expect as paying customer. I will make a complaint but I’d like this resolved before having to do that. Who can I speak to?????

@GarethScragg Whilst it's true that the manager may not be able to action/quicken the port request, the agent should escalate the complaint as part of the process, so that the manager can discuss further with you. Are you certain the number is still active with your older provider? ~CS~

@virginmedia Thanks for quick reply. Unfortunately your customer service agents won’t escalate to a manager. Standard response is “they use the same tools as us”. Getting seriously frustrated. Have only been a @virginmedia customer for 1 month and starting to regret that. Next idea please??

It's the end of Day 2. We should be at Marlow. Parking is tricky, and supporters hurry about dragging trailers full of kit. We can hear the dull roar of the dual carriageway far above the campsite. We are on the Thames now. The river is slow - it would have been a hard day.
