This was me in 2022 at the Raiders vs Bengals playoff game. Weighing in at who knows what. I know starting 2025 I was at 380lbs. Chose to do the carnivore diet, counted calories, intermittent fasting and ended up doing the 5K at the flying pig in 2025.

@GlennShoultz One of the ways the Giants really “win” the trade (imo it was a Win Win Dex trade Cincy fan here) is if McDonald makes it to their pick in the 2nd round. Trade a top NT for top 10 pick, draft a top 5 defensive player and a top 5 offensive player AND get the best NT in the draft!?
