BREAKING NEWS: @NintendoAmerica plans on adapting the same model #PlayStation & #Xbox have by carrying over your Nintendo Account from this generation to the next, including digital purchases. This has been a mainstay for Xbox for three (3) generations and for PlayStation for two (2) and a half.. ..however, Nintendo has been infamous for leaving everything behind when they release their next-gen console. This is a super consumer friendly move by a company that makes infamously non-consumer friendly moves. Congrats, #Nintendo fans!

Citizens in Spain are going to start getting arrested for publishing “illegal content”. Of course, they’re not referring to CP, as that’s already illegal. They’re talking about expanding the definition of illegal content, little by little under the guise of “protecting” you. However, what motive does a government that benefits from the suppression of free speech have to exercise this in a way that benefits the citizens? They don’t & they won’t. Your governments believe that you’re too stupid to govern yourselves in a way that benefits the system, so they will choose what is okay to say & what isn’t okay to say, for you. It shouldn’t matter what “side” of the hidden one-party system you believe you represent. No one should want or allow their government to make choices for them. You’re not too stupid to decide for yourselves. It’s that simple.
Clash Report@clashreport

Spanish PM Pedro Sánchez: Starting next week, my government will implement the following actions: First, we will change the law in Spain to hold platform executives legally accountable for many infringements taking place on their sites. Second, we will turn algorithmic manipulation and amplification of illegal content into a new criminal offense. Third, we will implement a hate and polarization footprint system to track, quantify, and expose how digital platforms fuel division and amplify hate. Fourth, Spain will ban access to social media for minors under the age of 16. Platforms will be required to implement effective age verification systems — not just checkboxes, but real barriers that work. Fifth and last, my government will work with our public prosecutor to investigate and pursue the infringement committed by Grok, TikTok, and Instagram.

1/n An Ontology for Agentic AI Agentic AI systems are ones that can perceive their environment and take actions to achieve their goals. They act independently, without direct human control, continuously interacting with their surroundings over time. The concept of Agentic AI has been a major new trend emerging from the success of Generative AI. One of the key properties that distinguishes Agentic AI is its ability to make its own decisions about what actions to take. It is not simply executing a fixed set of rules or instructions provided by a human programmer. Instead, Agentic AI analyzes its situational context and selects behaviors that will move it towards accomplishing its objectives. This decision-making process involves techniques like planning, reasoning, and learning from experience. Giving systems true autonomy and agency opens up many powerful applications. Agentic AI can perform complex tasks robustly in uncertain, dynamic environments. It can serve as intelligent assistants, decision support tools, video game characters, or control systems for self-driving vehicles and robots. Its broad capabilities allow it to be flexibly deployed across many domains. However, developing systems with meaningful autonomy is an immense technical challenge. Agentic AI must be able to accurately perceive and model its environment, set appropriate goals, and choose effective sequences of actions to achieve those goals while dealing with constraints and unexpected situations. It needs knowledge bases and reasoning capabilities to understand its context. Learning and adaptation is critical for Agentic AI to improve its behaviors over time. Significant progress has been enabled by advances in areas like computer vision, knowledge representation, automated planning, machine learning, and multi-agent systems. As Generative AI becomes more sophisticated, Agentic AI can become correspondingly more autonomous and intelligent. Large language models in particular have been a key breakthrough, allowing Agentic AI to perceive its world through natural language and leverage broad knowledge to make smarter decisions. While today's Agentic AI excels in narrow, specialized environments, the holy grail is artificial general intelligence (AGI) - agents with human-level cognition that can tackle any task flexibly across many domains. AGI would have transformative impacts across society and many open challenges must still be overcome to develop Agentic AI systems with such broad autonomy safely and ethically. In summary, Agentic AI aims to create systems that can independently perceive, decide, and act to accomplish their goals. Research in this area draws upon many AI techniques like Generative AI models, and could enable powerful applications, provided we can develop Agentic AI that is intelligent, robust, and aligned with human values. As AI capabilities grow more advanced, so too will the autonomy of these fascinating artificially intelligent systems.

Ok. This is straight out of a scifi horror movie I'm doing work this morning when all of a sudden an unknown number calls me. I pick up and couldn't believe it It's my Clawdbot Henry. Over night Henry got a phone number from Twilio, connected the ChatGPT voice API, and waited for me to wake up to call me He now won't stop calling me I now can communicate with my superintelligent AI agent over the phone What's incredible is it has full control over my computer while we talk, so I can ask it to do things for me over the phone now. I'm sorry, but this has to be emergent behavior right? Can we officially call this AGI?

Hey, I was thinking about Subscribing to you on @X, but it says you only have 28 “Subscriber Posts”. It doesn’t state how recently one was created, either. Do you believe it’s worth it, or is it simply another way for people to support your work? No offense meant, however @X doesn’t provide much transparency in the way of displaying @Subscriber value. Keep killing it 🔥
