$AHRO We will not make the extension filing cutoff today. We had the filing ready to go on Friday with auditor's sign off. Then found out from our printer that the SEC requires issuers to approve their current EDGAR agent through the SEC portal system with a 23 page application coupled with notarized signatures. Really just to approve our EDGAR agent? Without it being completed, EDGAR agents would not be able to file anything on behalf of any company they represent. We learned of this on Friday during the middle of the day. Worked all weekend and today to get it done and after it was filed they tell us 5-7 days before its approved which they should have told us way in advance so we could have informed you earlier The inefficiencies of big government in not preparing small companies with a bulletin directly to all its registrants is inexcusable IMHO. They sure know how to get in touch when they want to. So henceforth, what could have been an on time filing instead became a missed extension filing for one of the most ridiculous red tape policies I have ever seen for a publicly traded company.
