Which begs the question.... why arent we all dead already....? There have been ebola outbreaks before. As I said. Its of lesser concern than the flu. You do know its not airborne right? You need to touch someone through broken skin etc..... Its only infectious after symptoms appear so you can prevent getting infected simply by not licking people who look unwell. Its basic reproduction number (R0) is roughly 1.5–2.5 in uncontrolled outbreaks but drops below 1 with standard public health responses which is far lower than airborne viruses. Educate yourself before spreading fear. My comment that it wasn't proper ebola referred explicitly to its fatality rate being under 30% rather than 90%. This is truly "ebola lite."

Neither do you. Ebola is a lot less serious a global issue than the flu for example by almost every metric. The only thing it wins on is lethality. You haven't made a single cogent argument. Instead you have just insulted me. You could attempt to formulate an argument rather than just insulting me... or is that beyond you?

I just called up an old friend from when I used to live in the UK. He was mid 80s back then so I was thinking he must be long gone by now. Not only did he answer the phone, but he is still driving and coming to see me tomorrow. He is now 91! Wow.
