There isn't one "magical leadership style" to adopt to help an individual leader succeed. While there's probably a preferred style based on individual characteristics and persona, I say learn more about other styles to add to your leadership tool belt and adjust accordingly.

@ArielleScarcell Twat...I don't understand why people think "safe spaces" is bad. It's important in our jobs, aka psychological safety, so why not other areas of our lives, like relationships etc. It's the very reason we confide in our significant others...or conversely, not tell them things.

@Monica55dzrh I mean, you can't really avoid it in history lessons (BC and AD, the reformation, Catholic schism, the crusades etc). I think it should be taught generally, leaving out the spirituality and faith part of it.
