It really is ridiculous! I loved using a home birth midwife because I knew, upfront, it would be a flat fee of $5,000 for all prenatal appointments, testing, birth, and THREE postpartum visits.

It is ridiculous. Then they escalate to collection agencies while refusing to explain/justify charges. The fraud by individuals and corps alike is bottomless. Forget fining them. Jail time anyone touching it approving these actions.

When a patient is in the hospital, doctors used to use paper notes to communicate with one another. In the EHR era, the note stopped being a clinical communication tool and became a billing and compliance artifact. The results have been a disaster. One JAMA study found notes got 60.1% longer from 2009 to 2018, while redundancy rose 22%. ONC has explicitly acknowledged that clinicians use templates to stuff notes with unnecessary information into the chart to meet billing requirements, creating note bloat. The clinical note was no longer a method of communication. It was a billing document. So hospitals layered secure chat on top just to communicate the actual plan of care. And even that workaround is not working. A 2024 JAMA study found more secure messaging was associated with more time on the phone, not less. Doctors needed to call to clarify the now constant message stream. Another study found higher messaging volume was associated with higher odds of errors. More messages means a higher cognitive load with most of the information being low-importance. This increased cognitive load leads to more errors. We took what should have been efficiency improving technology, a computerized chart, and so over-regulated it and misaligned incentives that it has led to harmful downstream effects. Oakland, California is a third world country. A Vietnam, Vet lives in a tiny home built 4 yrs ago by a volunteer group. One of an old friends parents were really freaked out by Covid. His Mom was 55 or so in 2020. But they are up the news. They completely went into solitude and hibernation. And when the shots were released, they got the Moderna C19 vaccine. And boosters. I know she got 2 at least. But honestly, probably more. Well, August of 2023 she was diagnosed w adrenal gland cancer. Rare. Advanced. She died Thanksgiving Week 2023. Completely healthy 55 year old woman with a history of nothing. Just insane and super sad. Her vaccine history, subsequent cancer and your data have shown it's was likely the vaccine, IMO.

@EthicalSkeptic People are missing (or ignoring) the elephant in the room: How can cancer emerge from COVID vaccines if every cell is destroyed by the immune system ultimately? The amplification demonstrated in @Kevin_McKernan's great work can only mean one thing: The cell(s) transfected by vaccine particles were immune-privileged, and granted the possibility to multiply without T-cell intervention. Only stem cells and progenitors cells are immune-privileged. What's interesting with stem cells is they already have all the features of cancer cells: - p53 inhibition, glycolysis, hTERT expression, alkaline environment, angiogenesis capability, immune privilege, mid-bodies, bloodstream avoiding architectures (vortex-like), protective micro-environment... Cancer cells have all the features of stem cells. We know hyper-oxygenated stem cells divide to avoid poisoning. If evolution granted anti-bacterial peptides (intestinal stem cells), hidden-away niches, an alkaline environment (to keep viruses dormant), a different fueling system (using sugar instead of oxygen) to avoid blood flow... it's because stem cells are vulnerable to contaminants. Our chromosomes are typically encased in a protective nucleus for that reason. But during cell division, chromosomes are vulnerable and genetic tinkering can occur if a contaminant is present. My conjecture - supported by many observations - is that similar to hyperoxygenation, faced with a contaminant, stem cells replicate to dilute the poison, protect the chromosomes, and make the concentration of poison manageable by the intracellular micro-environment. If the oxygen level is 2 or 3x the norm, a single division is probably enough. Moreover, oxygen - as a fundamental element - won't interfere with chromatid separation. But with 100 mRNA-strings producing lots of spike proteins, plus the presence of plasmid DNA, along with bits of the lipid envelop...how many times would the stem cell have to divide? A hundred, a thousand, ten thousand times? And the contaminants, genetic or not, will inevitably interfere with the separation of the chromatids, break them, block them, shuffle them, add new genetic material, create new bonds, etc... No need for intricate pathways, It's simply a physical and chemical certainty. Imagine if the stem cell is a high-ranking multipotent stem cell producing other stem cells... you now have a surplus of stem cells that respond to cellular demand by over-provisioning damaged cells. The very definition of cancer. What @Kevin_McKernan highlighted in his work ( traces of spike, with amplification of DNA plasmid) is that indeed a large number of replication took place, and the poison was diluted. The DNA plasmid is a biomarker that, at minimum, the tumor cell was transfected, but more likely that the vaccine contamination triggered the replication and the cancer. Where I differ with Kevin is that I believe it's not specific to these contaminated mRNA vaccines. Researchers use radiation poisoning to trigger stem cell replications. Any vaccine, any injectable, and poison in large dose reaching stem cells can trigger cancer in my opinion. In other words, the medical community has been blindly giving cancer to the world, and accelerating on it. COVID was just the pinnacle, and it showed.

Failure to evaluate the tissue- tumors, placenta, biopsies, autopsies, clots, breast milk… - is incriminating. Until @CDCgov does this, they are derelict of duty and complicit- crimes against humanity.

So annoying to get outpatient clinic notes from colleagues that contain pages of irrelevant and inaccurate information, because the record is used for billing to the max and to the system;eg, MIPS, and cut and paste replaces actual updates. For example, a retina colleague’s notes always state whether the patient has or has not had a pneumococcal vaccine. Another’s notes describe the cataract, which I removed last year. When my daughter was an intern, a nurse who specialized in billing and coding went on rounds with them. When my second was an intern she would often be relegated to staying back to do EMR entry instead of getting to go on rounds🙄. All about the $ since MACRA,Obamacare… Tails wag the dogs. Patients suffer.
