Bc they didn’t sit in a predictable cov 2 the entire game. And if you really did know *everything* IU was in defensively… how many points would you expect to score? Probably more than 3. Unless you think Indiana was just astronomically more talented than Alabama but I’m not sure bama fans would ever say that

If the opposing QB knows you’re in cover 2 man (for example), but his WR’s can’t get open to create separation or his OL cannot block 1 on 1, what’s the crime in saying “We knew what they were doing, but they were so well coached & executed better than we did until it didn’t even matter”?

I’ll add to this. Saying “we knew what the IU defense was doing every play” when talking about one of the best defensive minds in CFB in Bryant Haines, is absolutely disrespectful. And Haines is a total competitor. Don’t like it? Maybe score more. Or maybe don’t down play the schematics when we all witnessed the entire IU staff continually have a schematic advantage all season long.

Turns out, the judge who granted the TRO for Bediako put up no resistance to being recused from the case.
Almost as if he already held up his end of the bargain with Alabama.
