@MercedesBenz No one is addressing the elephant in the room here @MercedesBenz , there has been an admittance that this type of sun roof was dangerous (the recall). There is no recall for this vehicle but the sunroof glass has come out on the motorway. Mistake at your end?

@MercedesBenz Hi, I’ve spoken to customer services, they funnelled me back to my local dealer to try and book it in for a paid for repair. My concern is how this has happened and why my vehicle hasn’t been included in the recall when it is clearly dangerous.

@MercedesBenz apparently the recall you made for faulty installation doesn’t include the same sunroof installed on my car. This happened at 70mph on Sunday. So either there are more cars that need recalls or you’ve sold cars that do this and it’s not your fault, which is it?
