@Bristol_jack79 @JacksSwansea @skybluesblog If he’d left in the summer not one fan would have had an issue. He put in a transfer request while we were write in the mire. I get that’s football sometimes but that’s why he got the boos. I’d never boo him personally

I remember COH giving five years of his career to Cov, winning a league, getting the club to an FA Cup semi-final, scoring at Wembley, and he's still treated like absolute shit by our fans. I think the lesson here is sometimes people want to move jobs, and that's probably OK.

@mike_bidde60926 @Bbmorg Pakistan was one of the first countries in the world to elect a female leader? She did two terms between 1988 and 1996.

@Bbmorg It's a proselytising, misogynistic belief system. They have aborted millions of females world wide. It has no place in a civilised society.

I’ve met hundreds of Muslim folks over the years and almost all of them, like almost all of us white Brits, just want to get by and bring up their children as best they can.

@OwsWills @GaryPello Like he said , let children be children, teachers shouldn't be anywhere near this subject matter when it comes to three year olds. Especially teachers with an agenda.

@mpwarwick @thalex30 So just so I get your point- the uk should spend billions to have the capability to shoot down missiles that will never get near us??

London is closer to Iranian territory than Diego Garcia is. Iran has fired ballistic missiles at Diego Garcia. The United Kingdom's ability to intercept these ballistic missiles is ... nothing.

@Hapflash11 @OwsWills Yes. Children as young as three are taught about families and friends. Certainly nothing sexual at all. Why would a parent pull a child out of educational basics that have always been taught??

@OwsWills That curriculum is made up of 3 phases with phase 1 being taught to children as young as three with no option for parents to pull their children out of that curriculum, so he does have a point.

@Helen_Whately No they think each child is worthy of a certain level of support. The money is for the child not the adult. Of course some parents abuse it but that’s not a reason to keep the child/children deliberately in poverty.

You don’t get a pay rise from your employer when you have another child. But Labour MPs think people on benefits should get ££££ from taxpayers for every child they have. Hear them cheer at spending billions more on benefits when it’s unfair & the country can’t afford it.

Iran has asked FIFA to move its World Cup matches to Mexico after Donald Trump said the Iranian team would not be safe in the USA. FIFA appears to have refused their request. The World Cup needs to be removed from the USA, let Mexico and Canada host it alone.

@oldguy_steve Probably why you didn’t enter until 1941. Left Britain isolated and alone fighting the Nazis in the Battle of Britain (which we won). You did let us buy weapons off you though, as long as we paid up front and transported them ourselves.

@BladeoftheS Colossal stupidity as per usual. Intense hatred of something in particular often renders people unbalanced. Let's move the World Cup to Mexico a country ruled by narco terrorists busting for reprisals. A proper safe haven.

Most Americans did not consider it our war and, truth be told, many still don't. We were isolationist back then and many Americans advocate for a return to that policy. Under the lend lease act you were given the supplies you needed to continue. American industrial power was our greatest contribution to winning the war.

@z150wattz @Bbmorg Well the lend lease act didn’t come in until 1941. 1939-41 we simply had to buy arms from you cash up front and transport ourselves. You profited but didn’t help. Left the uk alone fighting the Nazis in the Battle of Britain (which we won)

Now I am curious. What part of my history is sketchy? I admit I unintentionally added the Pacific theater numbers into my accounting of American deaths. It was about half of that in Europe. I apologize for that. We would help France in any circumstances. We liberated them from the Nazis even though we didn't want to. I think that tells us something. Much of the criticism we take regarding our allies is from the fact we supply military protection to countries under the understanding they will help defray the cost of our military, but when it comes time to pony up the money, they refuse all but a small percentage of what they agree to. That, and when it comes to stuff like NATO, America pays the lion's share. There is a sense that our allies take advantage of us. Sorry for the long-winded response.

@z150wattz @Bbmorg Your history is a bit sketchy and Americanised. Out of interest if France decided to start a war you didn’t agree with would you go and help them because they helped you out v the British in the colonial wars? You’ve threatened Europe. Criticised Europe. Insulted Europe.

By all means, let's make a joke about half a million people dying. In the Falklands, we provided assistance in terms of supplies and intelligence, just as we did in WWII through the Lend Lease Act prior to sending our troops over. If not for our supplies as in ordinance, airplanes, ships, etc... the Allies would have capitulated to Hitler.

@CharltonLife He switched allegiances from wales to England. I assume he now thinks he has no chance of England and wants back to wales for an international career? Won’t be the first or last to do this but will push him down the order a bit. If he’d have chosen our u21s he’d be in squad

Nigel Farage cheered on Trump’s illegal war on Iran that is sending petrol prices and energy bills through the roof. Now he says he wants to cut your energy bills. This is just his latest con. Just like Brexit, he peddles lies then leaves the British people to pick up the tab.

@2phoneCCV @MurrayC_11 For the record Wales are exactly the same. We are choosing sentiment (boys who’ve been in the squad for years) over players actually in form. I get it to a certain extent but standing still or going on the past isn’t always the best policy (in my humble opinion)

@MurrayC_11 Small country mentality. Pick the best players to do a job now. Sentiment will keep you from achieving. Wales have had the same mentality and held us back (and yes I know Scotland are better than us at the moment)
