@AlextheAdm1ral Wasn't race manipulation. But no other car other than 23XI at that point is pitting. Plus the white flag just came out as he got to the apron so if the yellow comes out the 45 wins anyway.

The response to this is baffling. Unless I am sorely mistaken, choosing to pit with a damaged car in an effort to *not bring out a yellow* is the POLAR OPPOSITE of race manipulation. But I guess that doesn't help the "23XI ARE CHEATINGGGG!!!1!!" agenda lmao

Here's the incident between Chase Briscoe and Riley Herbst in the closing laps from Herbst's onboard. Briscoe actually took a pretty decent shot into the wall Herbst's crew had their driver come to pit road so as to not risk bringing out a caution while the 45 was out front. "We do not want the yellow thrown. Get it down." 35 crew put tires on it and Herbst rolled down pit road to cross the finish line

What is up with the “everyone who does better than I expected is cheating” crowd. This isn’t 1978. Not every car is illegal. He had already passed like 13 cars when he got stuck behind the 4. It’s called using your stuff up. Last run was the opposite, more clean air, ran long and had fresher tires.
