A lovely day out in London. I didn't get stabbed. I still have my phone. Nobody tried to radicalise me. The only downside were the rowdy, drunken football guys on the train. But they were harmless and quite polite, just loud. Sadiq Khan's London is a lovely place. 😃

I believe it’s widely known that in American Sports Private Equity is only allowed a minority stake. But it goes deeper than that. PE is also not allowed to exercise any voting rights. Can only sit as a passive minority investor. And yet Clearlake runs CFC (into the ground).

Will be fortunate to have done £630m - 25/26 losses before player trading and intra group asset sales around £200m even with CWC and CL - 25/26 PSR compliance once again dependent on player trading profits and intra group asset sales (no idea what is left to sell) - 26/27 UEFA settlement compliance now looks impossible without vast player trading profits - 26/27 revenue is now likely to be £510m at best - 26/27 losses before player trading will exceed £250m again Very hard to see what Chelsea's financial plan is except to sell footballers. But those worth selling are the very players they won't want to sell. 🤷♂️
