Hi @Gate8Luggage. Looking for customer service support via Twitter for a Business Mate. No-one seems to answer any customer service emails despite the strong warranty claims. The screws on the handle keep coming loose. How am I supposed to stop them coming loose and losing them?

As a flying enthusiast, I couldn’t resist the opportunity of taking a flight over the weekend and with the help of my daughters, created a short VLOG of my experience.
Despite all the pre flight checks and extra queuing, I felt safe and enjoyed the trip.
