@GatesFord Bad experience at Gates Ford Waltham Cross sales staff were making racist snide comments every time I entered the dealership and towards damaged my car while in their possession and the staff were laughing as if it was deliberate. I will tell everyone about the staff.

🚨 Vet Ambulance Update – A Positive Outcome! 🚨 We’re pleased to share an update from @GatesFord regarding our Vet Ambulance, which has been off the road due to ongoing issues with repairs. This morning, Ben, the Service Manager from the branch handling our vehicle, personally reached out to listen to our frustrations. He sincerely apologised and took swift action to address everything that should have been dealt with previously. After reviewing the emails and files we provided as evidence, he acknowledged the miscommunication and committed to resolving the situation. We are happy to confirm that our vehicle will be ready TODAY! 🎉 A huge thank you to Ben for taking the time to fully understand our concerns and rectify the issue.
