Awesome man, they definitely are great people that I am proud to be friends with. Oh, and Coach Sumrall actually was our timekeeper for the 40 yard dash, he wasn’t at our Olympics. But Steven Harris, Ali and Eric Wilbur, Dave Waters, Brandon Olsen, Graham Hall, and Ben Chase was our official referee. It was definitely an event to remember!

One of the biggest parts of my personal growth is learning how to be truly happy for others. Once upon a time, @GatorDave_GB and @hightopsport were pretty much unknown by Gator Nation. They were just fans like anybody else. They didn’t care that they didn’t have a special “in” or built-in audience to start with. I don’t think they even cared if anybody else watched their stuff, they just did it because they loved it. Years of hard work, relationship building, film studying and I’m sure some hard learned lessons along the way, look at them now. I think they’re mostly the same people they always were because they made sure to stay true to themselves— they’re just more refined versions of themselves. And look what that got them. Two of the most appreciated Gator podcast brands out there. They got Jon Sumrall on their shows and Shelton even got Sumrall to officiate the freaking “Hightop Olympics” this weekend. And they got there because of something another self-starter, @CPhilly19 always says… just start. One day, they decided to “just start”. Now their journeys are just getting started. I’m sure their overall lives were fine before they started talking Gators, but they built their Gator platforms in a true rags-to-riches fashion. So much respect for that. Congratulations on all your success, guys. Keep pumping out fantastic content. I look forward to seeing more of it 🤝

I really can’t put into words how incredible this weekend was. From hanging out with the guys on Thursday night, to the amazing tour of the Heavener Center including running the 40yard dash with @CoachJonSumrall @DannyWuerffel timing us! And meeting @CoachGChatman and others while in there. Oh yeah, and my son Brandon ran a 4.94 40 yd dash! Coach was impressed and they shared info and will be in contact! And the @hightopsport first Annual Olympics were a blast, we had a huge turnout! I met some amazing people and made some incredible memories that I will never forget!

Just an unbelievable experience today at the Heavener Center. We got to meet Coach Sumrall, Danny Wuerffel, Coach Chatman, Coach Whitt, Eric Wilbur, and many others. I got to watch my son Brandon run a sub 5 second 40 yard dash! Coach Sumrall was impressed and chatted with him!
