Anyway… since I’ll have some free time — and might have to leave Pittsburgh once my lease is up — what are some local must-sees or hidden gems I should check out just in case??

Don’t know what the pens will do in the offseason. They need D but a third of their forwards are FAs offsetting their production unless they sign giving them little $ to use to get good dman.

Hard not to look at Pitt as an early winner from the transfer portal pickups, Sumler an excellent shooter and playmaker.

Am I the only one who thinks Primanti Bros has gone way downhill? I remember eating there in the 80's & 90's the bread was great,the food tasted fresh and delicious. Over the past 10 years when I have ordered a sandwich the quality sucks now. So does the bread. Maybe it's just me

NEWS: Kentucky guard Jaland Lowe is entering the transfer portal, he tells @LeagueRDY.
The 6-foot-1 junior played just one season at Kentucky after playing his first two seasons at Pitt. Former four-star recruit.
He averaged 8.0PPG, 2.4APG and 2.1RPG this season. Averaged 16.8PPG in 2025-26.

He was good for Pitt in his time here. I probably harped on him a good bit but he provides something that was needed unfortunately at the same time guard scoring went to crap and/or was inconsistent when needed. He would’ve been great within 23-24 who knows what would’ve happened

Just wanted to show some respect for Cam Corhen. Obviously this season had its highs and lows but what the haters can’t say is Pitt quit. Cam assumed a role that he wasn’t supposed to play this year and busted his tail all season putting up impressive numbers. Thank you 2.

@steelcitytim412 Yeah that’s a good point it just put a wrench into next year with the lack of shooting when needed that year and didn’t have a consistent 3 point shooter to take pressure off jaland/ish.
