Hi @EvansCycles. I bought @Lezyne Zecto Max from you in Nov 2023. It stopped working in Nov 2024. 2 of your customer service agents have told me you won't replace it - despite @Lezyne providing a 2-year warranty on all UK purchases, via @UpgradeBikes. Why such poor service?

I gave my ticket to @GavinRand so I could play cricket for @TheFramCC. Scored 8 and got laughed at by the opposition as they told me Wigan had scored as I was fielding. All round great day.
