They confirmed the area is safe and electricity is back, but network connectivity is still down. Hopefully things improve by tomorrow.

One of my friends tried to come to Nuwara eliya from Nanu-Oya, but police sent them back. I think we have to check with the police if you are planning to travel back. Also Colombo is worst now 🙏🏻

@kshitijjgulati @GavithaS My brother has been in contact with my mother. It was a very short call, but they are safe 🙏🏻 They were traveling higher up the mountains, with another couple. Unfortunately my mother could not tell where the couple was from or why they left the hotel.
