Never thought I’d say this as I took a vow of positivity to myself but when it affects , everything you do or say 365 days a year, it’s absolutely relentless and exhausting. #parkinsons

@elliejfinch @moversand6 @MattEagles @ems_lawton It was fun but not an easy day... it was hot and we were all struggling with our PD. Geoff and the production team were lovely but hanging round all day and then having to get home in rush hour traffic is hard work and exhausting for PWP. If it brings a smile and support tho ;-)

@WilliamShatner I've stopped buying salmon. It tastes and looks fatty... then I realised the disgusting way they were farmed. Not just a Canadian problem.
