@Gazzel08 @th4lis Καλά τα λες , αλλά κοιτάω την τσέπη μου πρώτα από όλα . Ζήτησα προσφορά από συνοικιακό μαγαζί να μου φτιάχνει δύο μερίδες ότι θέλει για 10€ . Και το αρνήθηκε. Μην μου πεις ότι δεν βγαίνει ένα μπιφτεκάκι με λίγο μαρούλι και λίγες πατάτες.

Καλή δύναμη σε όσους έχουν μαγαζιά με μαγειρευτό φαγητό-πακέτο.

Επίσης στο food cost μπαίνουν και αλλες συνισταμένες οπως ρευμα, προσωπικό, ενοίκιο, συσκευασίες κλπ.Απο εκεί και περα αυτο που παει στραβα είναι δύο βασικοί παράγωντες..υπερ φορολόγηση,πληρωμη καρτες/ πλατφόρμες

@Gazzel08 @75746w @th4lis Καμία σχέση μπορεί να μην έχουν πολύ σωστά… το να κοστολογεί όμως μια επιχείρηση εστιάσης ένα πιάτο γίγαντες 8-9€ κάτι πάει στραβά. Γιατί όντως με κόστος 5€ σε πρώτες ύλες μπορείς να έχεις 4-5 μερίδες με κόστος ανά μερίδα 1-1,25€

Provide good wages for staff and add tip as an extra incentive. Food and service cost must be accounted including staff wages like in any other industry!!
