@m46263683 @HM_Passport It's just awful! If you join the passport appointment fb it may give you some hope. But seems they're picking names out of a hat who they contact. A woman got hers and she doesn't fly for 14 days yet there's ppl flying next few days and no contact. So unfair!

@Gd18011 @HM_Passport Hi, not yet, I was told yesterday as I’m due to travel 1st may they should be in touch by Wednesday latest as then they usually give an appointment within 24hours, so appointment will be scheduled on Friday 🙈 but I dunno it’s anyone guess

@HM_Passport I travel on May 2nd and I still haven’t received my passport, if the application has finished processing is there a way I could pick my passport up in person to ensure I receive it on time? Or could I upgrade my application now and speed up the process?

@wallywork1 @HM_Passport Took me three days to actually speak to someone who gave me a decent answer, but now I have to wait for a response from Peterborough passport office so no upgrade yet to fast track and I fly on May 2nd! Honestly wouldn’t rely on waiting for a call back, just keep ringing them!
