@HM_Passport So you’re not picking up the phone, you don’t return the call backs that you promise, and your upgrades team don’t respond to emails. So please tell me how the hell do I chase my kids passports up when they are 4 weeks passed the deadline and we fly on Sunday?

@m46263683 @HM_Passport It's just awful! If you join the passport appointment fb it may give you some hope. But seems they're picking names out of a hat who they contact. A woman got hers and she doesn't fly for 14 days yet there's ppl flying next few days and no contact. So unfair!

@m46263683 @HM_Passport I hope you get sorted! We fly on the 6th May, would rather they just said nah cancel the holiday rather than leaving us in limbo not knowing to last minute! The whole system is a sham!

@keelyllew They said that to me even though I sent to Liverpool originally apparently the reason it takes so long to upload supporting documents is because gets shifted to Durham but because I wanted an upgrade said you go to your nearest office being for me Peterborough
