@GEAR4 I have your case on my Samsung galaxy note 9... It's a hard protective clear case. My boyfriend just accidentally knocked the phone out of my hand, it fell on kitchen laminate and the back of the phone has shattered. The case didn't protect it. Not happy.

@GEAR4 Brought a phone case on Saturday. Dropped my phone off a balcony the same right and my phon is smashed front and back including LED and front camera…. Might as well have protected my phone with cling film.

Never buy a @GEAR4 case because it does NOT protect your screen from breaking. Disappointed with the brand and my purchase as it has now left me with a $400 damage.....

@GEAR4 ordered one of your cases via Zagg website. My bank cleared the payment but no confirmation of order. I sent a message via website. Got confirmation receipt email but no formal reply explaining what’s happening. Very poor service!! Please help

@GEAR4 I purchased an Eco Oxford case on the 16/6/21 for my Iphone11. This is the 2nd case as my precious ones clip broke but I had owned that for approx 18months so put it down to wear and tear. The new one has frayed soo badly it’s nearly falling to pieces 1/2
