How is this possible? This change is due to airline cancellations, completely out of my control. It would be cheaper to buy Dubai-Istanbul separately and catch the original Istanbul-Caracas flight, but missing the first leg means you cancel my whole itinerary. (2/3)

It makes no sense that I am being forced to pay for a change caused by the airline's own flight cancellation policies when I had nothing to do with that decision.
