It’s unlikely that Iran is in any meaningful talks with the US, even via third parties like Pakistan, because Iran’s best (only?) hope is to make the war drag on. The US is using up its smart weapons at a rapid rate, and Pres. Trump wants to finish the war as quickly as he can.

Just got off the phone with a large UK developer, they are having a large number of sales cancellations.
Its because many buyers are having their mortgage offers pulled and replaced with offers at higher rates at lower LTVs

@proptechpioneer Thats not normally how it works - once an offer is made there is a binding element to it .
Lenders rarely pull an offer and reissue at a higher rate unless they are a very specialist lender and the market dictates that
