twitch does not allow refunds. Malicious people just file a chargeback with their bank and then bank that twitch uses issues these chargeback costs onto twitch and twitch, as per TOS, sends these costs on to you. It shouldn't be possible but sadly this is being done for years and you can't just do anything against it.

@Twitch @TwitchSupport I'm sorry. WHY CAN YOU REFUND GIFTED SUBS LIKE A MONTH AFTER IT HAPPENED?? This should not be a thing and the viewer that has done this is doing it to other people please fix this because some of us actually rely on this, especially raising stuff for fundraisers. Me and my friend are both tryna raise money for some life stuff thats going on and this chargeback is fucking wild.
