Rogan is under no obligation to host Zelensky, Klitschko, or anyone else. But after viciously attacking Ukraine with BS talking points, his agenda is clear if he doesn't allow for equal time. I'll also offer my services, if a chess champion isn't too threatening for him!

Zelenskyy offered to come to have a chat with @joerogan about the war in Ukraine but Joe refused. He'd rather get the story from his extremely biased pro-Kremlin friends like RFK Jr. and Elon Musk. And some still consider this man a "neutral. enlightened centrist".

@TableTopSauce Had my second game after 10 years recently and felt stupid I had ignored this masterpiece of design.
English

@BGBollocks I blame Ark Nova - a 90 minutes board game stretched to 4 hours and people pronounced it as the next messiah.
English

@BGBollocks “…. such as Australia, where frontier violence and genocide was also romanticised”. WTF???

@DanThurot Interesting - am about 1 hour in and already feel much better than I did with Primeval Peril.

Distant Skies, Ryan Laukat's followup to Sleeping Gods, improves on the original in nearly every way. More importantly, this is another exciting adventure in a thrilling and tangible world. My review: spacebiff.com/2024/05/09/sle…

@MuseumCommodore The mighty Barecom - which somehow if you removed a chip went from 300 baud to 450 baud rate. Got me into the Sydney University system which I found amazing at the time (20 km away).

It was the FIRST NICE MODEM but was it also the best modem for your #Commodore64?
Made by 'The Nice Computer Company of Australia' in Western Australia, the First Nice Modem boasted a number of baud rates, including Bell 300 baud answer/originate, Bell 1200/5, 5/1200 baud (with/without equalization), CCITT 300 baud answer/originate, CCITT 1200/75, 75,1200 baud (with/without equalization), CCITT 600/75, and 75/600 baud.
It also had a simple, clearly written user manual, an independent power supply - so it didn't draw power from your C64 user port (avoiding potential damage to your Commodore 64), and it even came with its own telephone!
Did you own a First Nice Modem?

@mightyjoanna What’s this Starlit Citadels reviews reboot I see in my feed?

@BostonDynamics Anyone recall the 60s TV series The Prisoner? I think we finally found the real Number One.

@eric_lang It’s people looking at their phones during “the teach” that irritate me - especially when it’s clear that need a further explain when they make an illegal move even though I made a special point of explaining it twice.

So I guess it’s official that I’m working on the One Punch Man movie. Let’s fuckin’ goooooooooo

@BGBollocks Bugger - I drank the Gamefound Koolaid.

@MrHolness Great listen - I now appreciate the soundscape even more. True dedication and effort to making it sound so wonderfully shite. The baking of the tapes was a truly artistic touch.
