🚨 ESD alert 🚨 A 3.5 cm LST-NG polyp at the hepatic flexure in a difficult to reach location ✂️~90% of the lesion resected safely in retroflexion with Pro-Knife 1.5 mm, in 38 minutes! Recently acquired fresh PCF scopes at @GeisingerGi with immaculate retroflexion made the difference.
