@CapoClo absolutely disgusting service. Placed an order, received shipping notification on 8th December. Today had text to say you don't have stock so can I change the order. So it wasn't shipped on 8th December!! Then a notification saying order refunded!!! Shocking

@SimonCalder please can you help with a travel issue. @TUIUK are refusing to move my holiday. I have a medical note stating I was unfit to fly and contacted them 48 hours before departure. Have found a new holiday for cheaper but they want to charge me. Please help
