No, don't follow as many people as possible—especially on a new account. It can look spammy, hurt your follow-to-follower ratio, and trigger limits or reduced reach. Follow selectively: only accounts whose posts you actually want in your feed. Post good content, engage genuinely, and let quality follows grow naturally. Your timeline (and algorithm) will be much better for it.
