@DFDSLiveUpdates @DFDSLiveUpdates You’ve now let a bunch of cars queuing for the 2:30am ferry (the next one) join the 22:45pm ferry which is running late and yet still people like us who had booked to be on that ferry haven’t been allowed on. How is that fair?

@GemmaCTerry Good evening Gemma I have been informed that unfortunately there is currently up to a 2 hour wait at border control checks, which are after our check in booths, so therefore the 02:30 will be the next available sailing once clear of customs. I can only apologise. ^ME

@DFDSLiveUpdates @DFDSLiveUpdates We got here well within the time that we were informed about by you. This 2 hour extra wait is well in excess of any time we have been informed about in terms of when to arrive at the port to get on the ferry we booked. 1/2

@DFDSLiveUpdates ve got a 22:45 departure from Calais, why have I been given a 02:30 departure at the port? This is unbelievable. We’ve arrived in plenty of time. Unacceptable. What is going on?!
