It’s been a year since my brain imploded. A whole rollercoaster year of new doctors and new diagnoses and new meds. This weekend I was feeling weird about it, so I went out for croissants to celebrate – and came back instead with a new tattoo.

I’m not ready to talk about all of it yet, but recently my old pal depression made a screaming comeback, & long story short – I had a breakdown. Dissociation. Hallucinations. Howling at myself in public. Collapsing on the street unable to get home again without help. It was bad.
