@helptobuy We are due to complete on Monday but our solicitor has contacted us today to advise this will most likely not go ahead as you will not send the Authority to Complete. This remortgage process has cost us hundreds and now we are facing even more uncertainty, stress and charges.

@Rogue_Gabi @helptobuy I have been on the phone since 8am and so has my solicitor. We have heard nothing and keep getting cut off after 61 minutes.

@helptobuy I have been on the phone to you 4 times today - been getting cut off at 1 hour 1 minute each time. Can someone please answer the phone. I have also emailed multiple times. We need our authority to complete for Monday otherwise this is going to incur further costs. Unacceptable.
