The DM is pointless, just get told social media team can't deal and will pass details to customer service, which we already know aren't working

Missed my completion, due to them not sending confirmation. spent 9 hours on hold and thats just today. How is this allowed to be so bad on a government scheme?

@BoitanMiha87908 @helptobuy @Sasha88Humphrey We are having the exact same problem, and we have already missed our completion date because no one is responding to the confirmation underwriting. Everything is now at risk! It's so disgusting that no one is getting any response and cant get through.

@helptobuy @Sasha88Humphrey @helptobuy - please fix this! I've been on your customer service line for 6 hours today, cut off after every hour, I dial back but nobody picks up the phone. Our solicitor has been trying to get a response from anyone on your team for almost 2 weeks now with no reply
