Over the last few months, something unusual has been happening around biology, AI, and longevity. • Demis Hassabis raised $2.1B for AI-designed drugs • longevity startups attracted $8.5B+ in capital • AI-designed molecules advanced through clinical stages • biotech IPO activity accelerated again • major pharma companies deployed billions into acquisitions • biological foundation models improved rapidly • AlphaFold changed protein prediction permanently • real-time genomic sequencing keeps accelerating • China now runs more clinical trials than the US • decentralized scientific coordination is becoming increasingly viable • wearable telemetry is generating continuous human data streams • biological simulation systems are improving fast • AI-assisted molecular discovery is compressing timelines dramatically • researchers are beginning to treat biology more computationally • healthspan research is attracting serious institutional attention • programmable biology discussions are becoming mainstream • AI founders increasingly mention longevity as a core mission • biological infrastructure is becoming internet-native • multi-omic systems are slowly becoming operational • the speed of iteration across biotech now feels fundamentally different It increasingly feels like biology is transitioning from slow institutional science into a real-time computational engineering problem. Still early. But the direction is becoming harder to ignore. 🧬

A biomedical engineer claims that spending 100 days living underwater has reversed his biological aging by more than a decade. Joseph Dituri conducted a self-experiment by residing for 100 consecutive days in an underwater habitat 22 feet (about 6.7 meters) below the surface off Key Largo, Florida. The mission exposed his body to elevated pressure and higher oxygen levels, similar to hyperbaric oxygen therapy. After resurfacing, Dituri reported dramatic health improvements: a 72-point reduction in cholesterol, significantly lower inflammation markers, increased testosterone levels, nearly doubled restorative REM sleep, and enhanced brain connectivity according to neural scans. The most striking claim is that the hyperbaric environment appeared to influence his telomeres, the protective caps on chromosomes that shorten with age, effectively slowing or reversing aspects of biological aging. While brain imaging showed improved cognitive connectivity, the scientific community is cautious. As a single-subject case study, the results cannot be considered definitive proof of age reversal. Many experts note that claims about hyperbaric oxygen therapy and longevity have historically faced skepticism due to limited large-scale evidence. Nevertheless, Dituri’s project has generated significant interest in environmental and hyperbaric medicine. Larger clinical trials are now underway to investigate whether controlled exposure to high-pressure, high-oxygen conditions can deliver measurable, long-term benefits for human health and aging.

Ebola outbreaks expose how reactive most global biosafety systems still are. Information moves slowly. Signals remain fragmented. Critical biological patterns often emerge too late. GENESTACK is building a different direction: a live computational biosafety layer designed to interpret outbreak dynamics continuously in real time. This is an early look into the kind of pathogen intelligence infrastructure GENESTACK is actively building. Instead of isolated datasets, the system is designed to unify multiple biological and environmental signals into a continuous intelligence environment. The Ebola biosafety interface explores: • live transmission chain intelligence • genomic mutation drift analysis • outbreak acceleration modeling • spillover probability systems • environmental instability signals • host vulnerability interpretation • clinical deterioration progression • epidemiological convergence monitoring The broader vision extends far beyond outbreak tracking. GENESTACK is building toward continuous pathogen intelligence systems capable of dynamically interpreting emerging biological threats as they unfold. From fragmented outbreak visibility to real-time biosafety intelligence 🧬 $GENESTACK Image is for reference.

@ecommartinez AI started with language. Now it’s moving toward biology, molecules, proteins, drug discovery, and human health itself. The next major intelligence race may not happen on screens. It may happen inside biology.

2.100 millones. Una sola misión.
Demis Hassabis@demishassabis

I’ve always believed the No.1 application of AI should be to improve human health. That work started with AlphaFold, and now at @IsomorphicLabs with the mission to reimagine drug discovery and one day solve all disease! We are turbocharging that goal with $2.1B in new funding.

Biology is slowly becoming programmable. From AI-designed drugs to gene transfers across species to biological firmware upgrades. The next major interface may not be software. It may be human biology itself.
Peter H. Diamandis, MD@PeterDiamandis

Scientists transferred a longevity gene from naked mole rats (which live 30+ years) into mice—and the mice lived longer and healthier. We're literally copy-pasting biological code from one mammal to another like software updates. If this scales to humans, your next medical appointment might include a firmware upgrade.

We’ve been building quietly in the background. Now the next layer of GENESTACK is getting closer 🧬 A new interface for biological intelligence: → real-time biological signals → adaptive system-state monitoring → computational health insights → multi-omics integration → AI-driven biological interpretation Not just tracking. A connected biological intelligence layer designed to model human systems dynamically. GENESTACK // Coming Soon.

THE SIGNALS PEOPLE IGNORE A founder sleeps 4 hours a night for months. At first, it feels productive. More meetings. More output. More momentum. Then slowly: • recovery declines • stress rises • cognitive sharpness fades • fatigue becomes normal But nobody notices. Because modern culture rewards biological self-destruction until the body forces a reaction. A trader calls it “grind mode.” An athlete calls it “pushing harder.” A founder calls it “building.” The body calls it accumulated biological debt. And the dangerous part is: most biological failures don’t begin dramatically. They begin invisibly. Disrupted sleep. Elevated stress. Recovery suppression. Inflammatory pressure. Metabolic instability. The human adapts temporarily. Until exhaustion itself feels normal. Even highly successful people weren’t immune to biological collapse. Avicii and Michael Jackson were two of the most successful performers on earth. Yet behind the success were years of exhaustion, sleep deprivation, relentless pressure, and invisible biological stress. Many high performers appeared functional externally while their biology was deteriorating silently. Because external performance is not always biological stability. That’s where GENESTACK begins. Not as another fitness app. But as a biological intelligence layer designed to interpret interconnected physiological signals before humans fully understand the drift themselves. A future where: • wearable telemetry • HRV patterns • sleep-stage architecture • recovery pressure • inflammatory signaling • cognitive fatigue are interpreted together as one operational biological system. Not isolated metrics. One fragmented signal means little. But together, they form a biological narrative. GENESTACK explores a future where biology becomes: • continuous • computational • adaptive • privacy-preserving A future where systems don’t simply track humans. They help humans understand themselves before collapse becomes visible.

🧬 LIVE BUILD — GENESTACK on pump.fun 🔴 GENESTACK is evolving toward a foundational biological intelligence infrastructure layer for decentralized scientific coordination. Tonight’s stream focuses on expanding the architecture beyond inferred biological signaling into multi-omic and real-world physiological intelligence systems. Current exploration layers: • Raw genetic sequence + SNP upload infrastructure • Phenotypic interpretation expansion • Passive wearable synchronization systems • Continuous HRV telemetry ingestion • Interstitial glucose integration layers • Overnight sleep-stage intelligence mapping • Longitudinal biological state modeling • Research-grade biological signal coordination • Governed academic/researcher access systems The long-term direction is larger than simple tracking. The objective is building interoperable biological intelligence infrastructure capable of transforming fragmented biological signals into operational research environments. Biology is becoming: real-time, continuous, and computational. The infrastructure layer around it is only beginning.

biotech will do more for humanity in the next 18 months than the last 50 years here is what the next 12-18 months carry: 1. aging becomes reversible - Life Biosciences reports results from the first ever human epigenetic reprogramming trial by end of 2026. if it works the entire category reprices overnight 2. your genome becomes your medical record-consumer grade sequencing is already at $1,100. by 2027 it is a standard intake form 3. personalized gene therapies become real - baby KJ proved a custom CRISPR therapy can be built for one person in 6 months. his doctors are now building the FDA pathway to do it for everyone 4. peptides go fully mainstream - 14 of 19 banned compounds are coming back to legal compounding. the grey market becomes a regulated industry with actual quality standards 5. psychedelics become first line treatment - Compass Pathways is weeks from the first ever FDA approval of a psychedelic drug. depression and PTSD treatment just changed permanently 6. AI designs drugs that work better than anything a human team has ever produced- Isomorphic Labs is pushing AI-designed molecules into human trials right now. results expected this year 7. BCIs move from medical to performance - Merge Labs, Neuralink, Synchron all pointed at the same target. the first healthy person gets an implant for cognitive enhancement and the waitlist forms immediately after bio/acc
