Gotcha, my thoughts are that there is some moisture transport in from the Atlantic, and I think some of the models are overdoing the subsidence a bit. In my experience with these storms, especially with some onshore components, you can spark a few snow showers that are not captured by the model guidance. These snow showers, in such an environment, can easily produce a dusting to a rogue 1" without much notice. So, I'm giving notice to at least have a little treatment down to cover the risk.

@SteveOweathaguy @RyanMaue We had an ice storm in Atlanta and were without power for almost 3 weeks. My dad found a place he could buy dry ice and one off our neighbors had a generator that he’d take around so people could run a freezer to save meat etc from spoiling.
