One of my family members works at a hospital and told the following story from the psychiatric ward
Patient tells nurse "I saw you last night"
"How? I wasn't working last night, and you haven't left the ward"
"No, I saw you sitting and reading, you were wearing a red sweater sitting on a brown leather couch"
Patient was describing exactly what she was doing at home the night before, with no way of having known
