The rescue of 44 captives in Oyo State was not a miracle. It was the result of community cooperation. Residents refused to shield the abductors, provided intelligence, and trusted the military. That made the operation possible.
Northerners are now demanding the same success in their regions and they deserve it. But here is the hard truth:
In many parts of the North, military operations have been stalled not by lack of capacity, but by individuals protecting the k!dn@pp£rs for personal gain. Informants leak intelligence. Local leaders shield cr!m!nals. Communities turn a blind eye.
You cannot demand a successful rescue when you are feeding the k!dn@pp£rs' networks.
The Oyo rescue happened because the community refused to cooperate with the abductors. The military had actionable intelligence, local support, and a clear target. That is the formula.
If Northern communities want the same outcome, they must give the same cooperation.

🇳🇬NORTHERNERS DEMAND REPLICATION OF OYO RESCUE ACROSS NIGERIA The successful rescue of 44 Oyo victims has sparked fresh pressure on President Tinubu to replicate the operation for hundreds of other schoolchildren and women still held captive across the country. In Borno State, 78 students remain in captivity following separate attacks on schools in Askira/Uba LGA on May 16 and June 29. In Kwara State, 176 women and children abducted from Woro and Nuku communities in Kaiama LGA remain in captivity nearly six months after the attack.
