@HarmlessHQ If you like follow this advice and buy trailer of cement. You will weep. Ideas sounds perfect until you put them in practice then you see the "between the lines" of the business.

You'll have N5 million and Twitter investors would be advising you to lock it up in Piggyyvest, mmf on interest of 18% per annum. That'll yield you N900,000 at the end of the year and N75,000 every month. Very rubbish something. How can you be comfortable getting just N75,000 monthly on a N5 million investment. Instead of that, Go to any busy market within your town. Secure a shop. Go straight to Dangote cement and order for a trailer load. As at today, the factory price is N11,700. And there's 300 bags in a trailer load. That's a total of N3,525,000. And they will deliver it cost-free to anywhere you are in Nigeria. When the cement arrives, you can sell at N12,750 and within a month you can finish one trailer load and make N3,825,000. That'll give you a profit of N300,000 in just that month. And the interesting thing is that you may not even need to be there. Get a salesgirl and only come around to take stock records. Within a year, you have N3.6 million Naira profit and a huge portion of your N5 million capital is still untouched. Everything no be Piggyyvest and MMF. That's for lazy investors.

Minister sir, here is a tiktoker Abdul Aminu Gwaska, a native of Zamfara State, who acts as the head of a dangerous mining syndicate currently expanding its footprint across Ilesha. The documented evidence reveals that he coordinates multiple high intensity illegal mining sites by actively recruiting a massive influx of external laborers to carry out the physical excavation and processing of gold. To fuel this operation, his syndicate even utilizes a digital recruitment and sales infrastructure, providing a direct link for individuals to submit their personal information to join the illicit trade or purchase their illegal products. Furthermore, intelligence shows that Aminu is actively collaborating with local village heads and traditional chiefs, who welcome and house these illegal miners within the community. This high level collusion grants his syndicate a social shield, effectively protecting their activities from accountability while they systematically destroy farmlands and pollute vital water bodies. If this dangerous partnership between illegal miners and local leadership is allowed to persist, it will inevitably lead to a total security breach. You should take a look into his operation and also his sponsors and his collaborators.
Dele Alake@AlakeDele

Our joint task force, working with security agencies, shut down an illegal gold-mining operation at Ileki-Ijesa in Osun State. We arrested two suspects on-site, seized their equipment and sealed the area. The suspects are currently cooperating with investigators to help us track down the financiers backing these operations. I want to be clear that our focus isn't just on the casual workers on the ground. We are actively going after the sponsors and quiet backers of these illicit activities. Through the work of our Mining Marshals, we have already arrested over 300 illegal miners and prosecuted more than 150 of them, including foreign nationals. Illegal mining destroys local farmland, pollutes our waters and invites insecurity into peaceful communities. The government cannot police every stretch of land alone. If you live in these areas, I urge you to work with us. Do not shield these operators. We are committed to making sure Nigeria's mineral wealth actually benefits Nigerians and we will keep putting the pressure on until the sector is completely orderly and sanitised.

It’s frustrating to see people take opportunities for granted. “Free” doesn’t mean it costs nothing. The organizers still invest time, energy, and resources to make these programs happen. If you join a program and can’t continue, don’t disappear. A simple message goes a long way, and it opens the door for someone else who’s ready to benefit. Respect the opportunity. Respect the people behind it.

LET'S SPEAK THE TRUTH AGAIN The rescue of 44 captives in Oyo State was not a miracle. It was the result of community cooperation. Residents refused to shield the abductors, provided intelligence, and trusted the military. That made the operation possible. Northerners are now demanding the same success in their regions and they deserve it. But here is the hard truth: In many parts of the North, military operations have been stalled not by lack of capacity, but by individuals protecting the k!dn@pp£rs for personal gain. Informants leak intelligence. Local leaders shield cr!m!nals. Communities turn a blind eye. You cannot demand a successful rescue when you are feeding the k!dn@pp£rs' networks. The Oyo rescue happened because the community refused to cooperate with the abductors. The military had actionable intelligence, local support, and a clear target. That is the formula. If Northern communities want the same outcome, they must give the same cooperation. ♦️ STOP PROTECTING KIDNAPPERS. ♦️ PROVIDE CREDIBLE INTELLIGENCE. ♦️ REFUSE TO HARBOUR CRIMINALS. ♦️ TRUST THE SECURITY FORCES. The President has given a directive to rescue every captive. But the military cannot rescue people it cannot find. And it cannot find them without community support. The ball is now in the court of our Northern leaders and communities. COOPERATE. OR CONTINUE TO WATCH YOUR CHILDREN REMAIN IN CAPTIVITY. The choice is yours.
PATRIOTIC SOJA ($TSIR-MUNCHAN)@Pressman2040

🇳🇬NORTHERNERS DEMAND REPLICATION OF OYO RESCUE ACROSS NIGERIA The successful rescue of 44 Oyo victims has sparked fresh pressure on President Tinubu to replicate the operation for hundreds of other schoolchildren and women still held captive across the country. In Borno State, 78 students remain in captivity following separate attacks on schools in Askira/Uba LGA on May 16 and June 29. In Kwara State, 176 women and children abducted from Woro and Nuku communities in Kaiama LGA remain in captivity nearly six months after the attack. The Presidential spokesman assured: "The President has given a directive to the security and intelligence agencies to rescue every Nigerian who is in captivity, whether in the North-East, North-West, South-East or South-West".

Instead of tying that N10 million in mutual funds and be collecting N170k every month. Instead, use that money and enter into egg production. Use N6.4 million to buy 800 pieces of matured layers at N8,000 each. Use N2 million for where they'll stay. Use N1.6 million and buy feed. Without overestimation, you'll be picking at least 750 eggs every day. And as a wholesale, you can sell at N200. That'll give you N150,000 income everyday, N4.5 million a month and your capital is still in tact. Matured layers can effectively produce eggs for 18 months. That is, you'll get almost N81 million from these set of matured layers within 18 months. And when their productivity begins to decline, you sell them off at N5,000 each for meat. You'll just have to add extra N2.4 million to restock new ones. And give it two months, you're made.

Dear @mehdirhasan This lying double-mouthed dishonest aide called Daniel Bwala that you publicly exposed his hypocrisy to the world a few months ago, now claims Al Jazeera “apologised” to him over your interview with him. Please is this claim true? And if true, what exactly did Al Jazeera apologise to him for? Dear Nigerians, Pls retweet until @mehdirhasan sees this and publicly responds to clear the air.

Landing your first cybersecurity job is a huge milestone. But it's also the point where a lot of people stop having a clear roadmap. I remember wondering what to study next, how to keep improving, and how to build the skills that weren't part of my day-to-day work. That's a big reason I built DefendTheOrg - a place to practice the skills that security engineers actually use, not just read about. Six years into my career, I still use it to stay sharp. Growth doesn't stop when you get the job - it starts there.
